Once we have all your paperwork we will issue a confirmation letter via email and you will need to bring this with you on the day in order to enter the festival site.

If you are not a Charity and you are selling goods or services the fee is £30.

If you were booked to attend the 2024 festival and you had paid the fee you are exempt from paying this year. We will be able to trace your payment from last year so please enter No, where it ask if you need to pay a fee.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Please ensure you bring ID and this confirmation letter as you will need them to show security in order to access the site.

2. The site will be open from 8 am.

3. For public safety vehicles will NOT be allowed to move around, enter or leave the site from 10:30 to 17:30

4. Event runs between 11:00 and 17:00

5. There is no power, water or toilet facilities on site. (There will be several food & drinks vendors on site and toilets are across the road at the Canch).

6. If required documents have not been supplied in advance you will not be allowed to enter the site. Documents required (not all of these may be relevant):

Everyone must provide:

● Public liability Insurance

● Risk assessment

In addition if you are providing Food; you must send us:

● Food kitchen certification

● Food hygiene certificates

● Risk assessment – must include how you will manage allergies.

In addition if you are providing an Activity you must send us:

● Speciality activity insurance – Bouncy castles, animals etc
